Julia, I can totally relate to your feelings here.
I think that the feeling/sense of wrongness comes because we are changing how we think and perceive things. It seems to me that our subconsious response comes from it wanting to keep us safe- this is triggered by something reminding of us of something that threatened our safety (or that we believed did) in the past, usually something we have no conscious memory of. This safety aspect gets stuck in our energy system and keeps playing out until we finally see it and allow it to move - via EFT or whatever.

I also realised that when I feel a strong fear it is the child part of me that is feeling this, because this is where the fears formed, so instead of beating myself up cos I ought to be stronger than that or over that fear or whatever, I treat myself as I would a terrified child- with compassion and love and a big hug. Not try to talk myself out of it but simply accept the feeling as being ok. I am finding that once I allow this- which is really treating myself a very different way to how I was as a child, I move quickly back into alignment and feel good.

Mic, thanks for your kind and thoughtful reply-it's nice to know that I'm not alone. I think that you're quite right, it IS old childhood and past experience fears that pop up that can jeopardize our thinking;perhaps as Rebecca suggests, the subconscious itself is neutral,just like a computer hardrive, but it can be PROGRAMMED with negativity or positivity, which is what evokes the emotions. The "hard work" in SOGR, but that which ultimately frees us from the prison of scarcity thinking is the DEPROGRAMMING process.

Based on what Kevsky said about money always flowing towards you and that what I percieved as "stopping" really being an illusion:

I now have a vision of the TRUTH of what is really happening. I see the Universe's infinite supply like when you're at an airport, and you're waiting at the baggage claim for your suitcase to roll down the conveyor belt. You KNOW that it's on the way, but you just can't see it. And if you watch that belt go round and round, it seems to take FOREVER. But if you think of something else, or perhaps read a book or strike up a conversation, before you know it, the unseen baggage that is on its way to you pops out, and there it is!
