Dear Guest: I have no idea what your trying to do. You just cannot see it your mind. You have to take some action. I think your missing something.

quote: Guest, You seem to have a resilient mind, so I’m imagining you won’t mind me throwing a little ‘cold water’ on your experiment proposal. I’m imagining you will take what I say and have it just be more grist in your imaginative mill. From what I can see, you cannot do this experiment. Why not? Because you cannot discern equal parameters for all the 10 or 20 players. Yes, you can select some object to manifest, a tv, videocam or whatnot. That’s no problem. But the problem is, you can’t get 10 or 20 people who will have the same DESIRE for it. And you can’t get 10 or 20 people who have the equal amount of RESISTANCE to it (i.e., beliefs that are resistant to the idea of manifesting such a thing). And since these factors, DESIRE and RESISTANCE (or lack of resistance) play their part in the ‘science of manifesting’ you cannot really run the kind of experiment you’re wanting to. Since you cannot establish equal parameters for all the players, any conclusion you reach for your experiment will not be valid. (This, to me, is also why many statistical studies should be taken with a grain of salt. How can a study be accurate if it does not take in and MEASURE the beliefs or belief systems of its participants?) Phil |

quote: People are experimenting already. Read through all the posts on this board and you'll see the results that they have come up with. It's up to you to decide if the people posting are being honest or just making stuff up. It may not be scientific to experiment on yourself but in the science of getting rich the only experiment that really matters is the one you run on yourself. If you are willing to do that I'd suggest: 1. You read SOGR for the next month each day while holding the thought of becoming a man who can become rich. 2. Get a definite picture of what it would mean for your experiment to be successful. 3. Be Grateful that what you want is already yours. 4. Start working where you are right now in that certain way. 5. No matter what difficulties you may come up against keep working in the way mr. wattles recommends with full faith that want you is already yours along with full DETERMINATION to keep at it till you are successful. I'm a bit sleepy at the moment so can't think of more lol but you get the idea. Are you willing to become your own lab rat? |

quote: Actually, that's NOT the question. The question is why don't YOU just prove it in your own life? -- as that is the ONLY experiment that truly matters. (And, of course, that is the only life you have any control of or can adequately observe and measure.) Love & blessings, and, of course-- EXPECT Success! Rebecca |

quote: Does it really matter if it is a Theory Or Science? Einstein wrote the Theory of Relativity in the early 1900's and it was accepted by the scientific community even though it was only recently that they are able to carry out experiments to see if it is valid or not: http://www.cnn.com/2004/TECH/space/04/19/space.gravity.reut/ NASA postponed the launch on Monday of a $700-million satellite mission designed TO TEST (emphasis mine) an obscure tenet of Albert Einstein's theory of general relativity. Einstein developed his mind-bending theories of relativity in the early 20th century, and today those theories are generally accepted, especially as they make their way into such things as medical scanners and the Global Positioning System. Among the most exotic of Einstein's predictions was that massive bodies -- planets, stars or black holes -- actually twist time and space around as they spin, much like the winds of a tornado. If Einstein is right, scientists say, the satellite should detect that a small bit of time and space are actually missing from each orbit, something indiscernible to orbiting astronauts but measurable nonetheless. The satellite, which is to be inserted into a polar orbit, will spend two months getting ready, then 16 months making measurements. ---------------------------------------------- |

To <David>
1. You read SOGR for the next month each day while holding the thought of becoming a man who can become rich. Thank you for your advice but I'm already rich... I spent 3 yrs in Bosnia (Mostar) and Croatia (East Slavonia), 1 in Irak (Baghdad), one and 1/2 in East Timor and now this will be my sixth month in Kongo (Kisangani province). Dangerous job but sallary is let's say adequate. 3. Be Grateful that what you want is already yours. Beleave me that I'm. I still have all my arms and legs ;-] 4. Start working where you are right now in that certain way. Yes, my next mission (hopefully) will be in Afghanistan. Mosquitos are smaller than here... ;-) To <DavidTheLabRat> Does it really matter if it is a Theory Or Science? Yes. You see, your Does it really matter will cost NASA $700-million. In case of positive result Einstein's Theory will become Science :-) Oh, btw, this is my last post. BeSt WiShEs |

quote: Congratulations quote: What I meant was it had been accepted by scientific community even though they were not able to positively confirm it all these years. If the "theory of getting rich" feels better to you then by all means keep thinking that way but like NASA conduct your own experiment to prove to yourself that it is a "science of getting rich." quote: Ohh that's too bad. I liked your post hope you keep posting. Good luck in Afghanistan should you wind up there |
