Last night I woke in a panick and couldn't get back to sleep. I decided to think what I was grateful for.

I am grateful for a happy healthy son quietly sleeping through the night.

I am grateful for a kind thoughtful husband.

I am grateful for a secure, safe, warm home (as I listen to the rain pouring down)

I am gratelful for the warm comfortable bed.

I am grateful for great friends

I am greatful for the new found knowledge of the SOGR and the power of affirmations.

As I thought of these things my heart started to sing, i relaxed and I very easily went back to sleep Smile

thanks!

Having success and loving it.

I live in Murrieta, California which is 60 miles north of San Diego on the I15.

The pool is small with swim jets in it!

Today I am savoring watching them finish up forming the rock!

I am savoring a quiet house to myself, with a late summer thunderstorm brewing outside and a sweet golden dog snoozing by my feet and filling the room with happy wet-dog scent.

That is SO NEAT, Julia! We see wild turkeys somewhat frequently here in the Flint Hills of Kansas. The last ones I saw were traveling in "stealth mode", ducking flat under the tops of the grain heads of the prairie grass, probably thinking they were invisible. Not quite, but we let them think that. Wink But I've never seen any chicks. Thanks for posting those photos. They are awesome!

I am savoring observing wild turkeys coming right up close to the house to feed on the seeds that have fallen under our window birdfeeder. There is a whole family of them-a male and female with 6 chicks-and one of the chicks is a little smaller than the others. I enjoyed taking pictures of the male and female in full display, which I will post soon. I feel so priviledged to be able to watch these beautiful creatures up close.

I am savouring the fact that bits and pieces of my CMI are coming from desires I had many years ago, even one from childhood, but it never crossed my mind that they would ever materialize. It is fascinating and affirming. I can see it more clearly and I love building on it with my thoughts.

I am so grateful for the forum, the book, and the course.

Nice post Kevsky.
Love re-enjoying the same stuff. You've helped me realize so much I'm overlooking.

Here's another thought. Savoring is the equivalent of being "in the now." Just reading A New Earth by Ekhardt Tolle. At first it was really heavy and airy fairy. But then it clicked. He's talking about gratitude and savoring. Even the bad. Because then it stops being "bad."

I'm savoring this site where I know I can get refocused in very short time and feel connected with like-minded SOGRites.

I am savoring listening to my son play pianio at his home in Pewakee, Wisconsin.

I am savoring his beautiful 4,200 sq ft home on an acre of land in great community!

Yesterday I savored spending time at their lakeside home which included a cruse on the lake.

A couple of days we savored spending time with my Sister near Columbus Ohio with her family, one day was spent with her daughter and husband in a home that they spent $24,000 to purchase. They are turning that into a beautiful home with love while he is finishing up law school!

I am savoring the abundance of life!

I am savoring sparkling water with lemon and soothing gray skies outside my window -- a rarity where I live.

And the reminder to savor -- thank you for the idea!

Greetings,
I'm savoring the peace and calm that ia feel right now knowing that all is well.

I'm savoring these beautiful paintinggs I am creating as a result of a recent trip to Costa Rica. The show is next week and I'll have plenty of painting to show.

I'm savoring that these paintings are really quite good and that I can create a life for myself using the joy of my talents.

I am so pleased with what I have done.
