Well I have been 'sensitive' for years. I have been using the positive affirmations, meditation, and creative visualization for year. My husband and I had hit a point in our lives 8 years ago and it caused me to stop thinking and doing what I was doing.

Well I just recently have gotten back to that place again. Where regardless of what my outward situation appears to be, nothing negatively affects me. I can find the positive in everything. Nothing upsets me. I can ask a question and almost immediately find or be given the answer.

I have submersed myself in SOGR, the use of my CMI, and meditation coupled with stone energy work. I have to say that life is so wonderful when you begin thinking and acting in a 'certain way'.

I was talking to my husband on the phone, who is a truck driver, and was explaining to him about what I've been learning here with the SOGR. We were discussing how our thoughts affect our outcomes and how we need to pay attention to how we think. He was saying he didn't know how far his exit was that he had to get off on. I immediately had the impression that his exit was 2 miles. The next think I knew he says oh my exit is in 2 miles. I smiled and said thank you because my control over my life is back.

It truly is about paying attention to all of your thoughts and how they make you feel. You have to feel peace, joy, love, happiness, success, accomplishment etc. when you think of what you want. If your thoughts do not invoke feelings of positivity or make you feel good then you need to change your thoughts until you do.

I believe that it is all based on the energy you create. Everything is truly about energy. I like this energy I am feeling right now and just want to increase it.
