Need advice on picturing my CMI please ¡¡

Hi everyone.
I'm a new member of the website and I have read the book like 4 times. I belive all the principles outlined in the book but I have been struggling lately at the time of picturing my mental image. Sometimes I feel exactly like I should when I'm picturing it in my head and really feeling very gratefull and that feeling is awesome and when I act like that everything happens naturally and efficiently, but other times is very hard for me to find that feeling and when that happends i feel like I'm trying to do it but actually not doing it, and I don't feel like with enough faith you know like if i don't belive it that much (the CMI).What i want is to be in the right vibration all the time exactly like in my CMI. What can I do when I feel like that?

Hi Benjamin,

Welcome here. You're on the finest place to be!
If I may speak for everybody on the SOGR forum, this is/has been for all of us a wellknown issue.
The understanding that it's all about feeling, the good feeling, is very important.

Sometimes it's hard to feel what you want to feel, and a few hours later it seems so easy to feel that feeling.

You can help yourself to create the feelings you want, by asking yourself questions like:
- How will it look like when I achieve my CMI?
- What do I do when I achieve my CMI?
- How will it feel, how do I feel when I'm there where I want to be?
- How will the people I meet react on me?
- What do they say to me and how does that feel?

Talk to yourself like: I am, I Have, I do...etc
And.....use the - find - button and you will find hundreds of inspirations on this issue.

Hi Benjamin,

No struggling required! Just relax into it! Sometimes it's ok to start with something small until you really know what you desire!

BTW; your english is great; I would be proud if my spanish were that good!

Also welcome to these forums! If you haven't yet I would suggest signing up for the course; it really makes the book more understandable and up to date!

I think that in those moments when it’s “hard to find that feeling” you can do a couple things to get into a good feeling.

One is, when you don’t feel good you can put yourself on ‘PAUSE' so-to-speak, and just ask yourself what a good feeling – peace, happiness, ease, calm – feels like. Stop yourself for a moment. Then, ask yourself what a good feeling feels like.

But don’t just intellectually ask. Actually ‘feel’ within for yourself for the ‘answer’ or for the actual experience of the feeling. The fact is, there have been times in your life you’ve felt peaceful, calm, relaxed, happy, etc. So, when you ‘go looking’ within yourself, to your memories for example, you can find and re-experience the feeling in your PRESENT moment. Another thing to do, when you’re finding it hard to feel good, is EXAMINE the current unwanted feeling and see what you’re thinking or believing that is causing you to feel less than how you want to feel.

It’s been my long time study, and it seems to me we FEEL whatever we BELIEVE. So, if we’re not feeling good, it’s most often because, in that moment, we are believing something limiting. It could be you’re believing something fearful. It could be you’re believing something to create guilt or shame and its consequent feeling. (Some people actually feel guilty about feeling happy or calm. It’s not so unusual.)

So, when you’re not feeling good you can try to see if you can find the thought (belief) that is causing you to feel that way, and then, once you’re aware of it, dispel it or resolve it.

Consider the following:

However you feel, realize the feeling is not random or an ‘accident.’ We FEEL whatever we BELIEVE. Our feelings tell us what we believe, good or bad. You can come to understand your feelings more, and this will give you greater power to feel more like you want to, more of the time,.. and get more of the benefits of feeling good – peaceful, safe, confident, happy, loved, loving, etc.

As Tom said, one of the best things you can learn to do is, learn how to mentally relax. You don’t need to struggle with this. In fact, struggling is counter-productive.

Welcome here, Benjamin. Your English is very good.

Great question. My advice is to be grateful for the struggle. That is your heart showing you that something is wrong. That can be your CMI itself, maybe parts of it are there because others put it there but yourself? Or you can have a belief that it is impossible or not right to receive what you are thinking about?

You do not need to answer the questions here, they are just examples of why you feel uneasy sometimes while thinking about your CMI.

I trust that if you think about these questions. Answers will come. Because your heart really knows what you want.

Thank you Caroline and dazzer for your advices ¡¡

today I noticed that if I just relax and begin thinking in a certain way after a little bit, it becomes easier and the flowing of the feelings and thoughts in the right way is constant. From my point of view all I need to do know is just keep doing it throughout all the day and do not let myself get distracted by other feeling if they are not in harmony with me , and ACT. So thats my plan. What do you think guys??

I'll add, just to keep the thought, vision, feeling going. Things may come up that you may react to as discouraging, but you can't pull up all your little seeds and see if they are growing roots or leaves. You must keep having faith that the sunshine and water and nourishment is doing what it is supposed to.

I realized yesterday, when a possibility came up that could be much larger than I ever could have imagined myself, that opportunities are everywhere and even though I am affirming and believing and hoping and feeling for X, all kinds of other things are likely to appear bringing me even more than I thought to imagine. So, I am just thinking of my desires several times a day and letting them go the times I am not.
