For Rebecca, a very HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!! I thank you for your insights and "YES" GRATITUDE is the answer for this one and what I have been practicing more and more and a big key for me. My feeling is I made the right decision as more information has come to light since then. So it was a warning and an indication that I am listing and a practice run for the perfect one for me.

To everyone who answered me I thank those who really shared with insight and caring and to the Know It All's I am sure as you mature and grow up you will not be so full of it!

Any one studing and practicing the SOGR who shares on the Forums, is brave to do just that, SHARE! That does not give licence to anyone to give smartass pat answers as though you know it all. So grow up to the smartasses and mind you answers.

When I was in my 20's I was a wild success and on magazine covers in many parts of the world. With a perfect this and that in my life. That does not mean I was a success for success comes from inside. Unfortunately, in the US and other countries now success is measured mostly by what is on the outside.

Blessings To All

Y'all understand that you're actually AFFIRMING all this, including the last part, by agreeing to it like this, right?

Why not choose a better idea of what success is and affirm THAT?

Love & blessings, and, of course--
EXPECT Success!

I understand and agree with the first 2 statements of the book SOGR: "There is a thinking stuff . ." and "A thought in this substance . ." Here ofcourse the author is talking about God the Father Himself. But WHO of us can be scientifically sure that also the third statement "A person can form things in his thought . . ." is true, as that means that we ourselves will be able to do things in the same way that God does? Isn't that putting ourselves on His level, and is that what He wants us to do? I am not so sure about this at all.

Well, look at it this way: If you believe you are created in the image of your Creator, then you, too, are a creator.

The only way to be "scientifically sure" is to do the experiment yourself, and in this, your own life is your laboratory. No one else can (or even needs or wants to) convince you.

Just do it (to coin a phrase). It's as simple as that!

Love & blessings, and, of course--
EXPECT Success!

Hi christienne, I agree with Rebecca.
You could read some other posts here about this.

Like a molecule of water in the ocean you are one with GOD!
You are BIG.
The POWER IS WITHIN YOU.

This feels like a new thread...

I see a difference between THE CREATOR Who made all there is - and human beings who have been given an unbreakable link to the Creator and also the ability to create, at our level, using wonderful resources - such as the 'thinking stuff' - that He has made!

Christianne, those who look up to God with reverence and awe (as I do) can still understand and use SOGR! True, our abilities as human beings are astounding, true we are indissolubly connected with all there is, but in my view there is One above all this, out of Whom we came. By creating at our level (which we do unconsciously all the time!) we do not even begin to come near what it took to create our universe and the 'many mansions' of the transcendent world beyond that He created.

Dear Kate,

What a wonderful post ! It sure helped for me. Thank you NPP for starting the thread.

Kate, I read your post aloud to my wife over breakfast and I was excited about its profound clarity. Although we know and read these ideas very often, we tend to somehow forget them. The way you activate and empower them is truly amazing !
My wife then and there decided she was a succesful artist married to a successful and wealthy man.
Even though this is not a substitute for one's own CMI, belief and faith, I'm convinced this has a positive influence.

Thank you very much and many blessings and abundance to you.

Thank you Kate, for your post, this is just what I needed to read right now. I will be going to a job market next Saturday and I am not well prepared for it yet. I was only thinking about all the objections they might have to hiring me.

I will now start focusing on the ASK part and become clear on exactly what I am asking for. Then on the faith and receiving. Keep it simple.
