I've recently found that when I take at least one day a week but preferable an hour or two each day to just relax and focus on my Clear Mental Image (CMI) - I get far greater results and accomplish much more throughout the day/week than when I put in a 12 hour work day with barely any time spent on my CMI.

Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?
