is this the result of a cmi?

our money at the end of the month is very low, barely any food stamps, and I'm thinking, "I would love to go to costco right now". and then later, I got a message from a relative inviting me to go with her to costco (her treat).

is this the result of thinking a certain way, result of cmi, clear pic? etc?

Brenna, CMI is just a shorthand for "clear mental image." You are attracting ALL your experience, so knowing what you desire and then getting out of the way and allowing it to come to you is all part of it.

It's not always a Thought A leads to Result B kind of thing, but more a general, overall state of being in that allowing mode. Sometimes you're REALLY there and sometimes not so much, sometimes not really at all. In fact, sometimes you're (and I mean WE'RE) pushing what we want away with great force.

But you can tell which way you're headed by how you feel, because the thinking that brings the kinds of experiences you desire always feels better than the other kind.

So, this is cool: You wanted to go Costco and someone invites you to go. Cause for appreciation, gratitude, celebration -- and all of THAT kind of thinking can only attract more good of some kind.

Love & blessings, and, of course--
EXPECT Success!

well, I did end up getting things for the end of the month - although it wasn't at costco that time.

could this be the result of a general desire? what about desiring something specific, and receiving something, not quite what you had in mind?

any ideas?

advice on better cmi-ing?

Brenna,

Sweetie, congrats for asking the questions but you are making things way too hard on yourself! CMI means you ask for what you want. And doing it in the SOGR way, means you are open to any and all ways that things might be coming to you. Because you are supposed to focus on being happy with the WHAT and not to mess with the HOW.

Generally, I am happy when I get something different because God is smarter than I am.

Focus on what you want &
be happy today because you have perfect faith that it is on its way to you!

God bless you,

Caroline

Brenna, I've been where you are and all I have to say is stick around. Listen with an open mind and ask your questions, your life snd those around you will change beyond your current belief.

If your not taking the PG course, please do so. Rebecca means what she says about the cost to you, it's your decission. The bennifit is outstanding.

Now for my question - where is the spell check on this post?

Love to you and yours and I'll see you soon.

Love to you and yours,

thanx for the input. the other night I sat down and actually made a gratitude list, adn I made a "yes" list.

I say yes to a 3 bedroom duplex with a fenced in yard. etc, etc.

It also helps reading out loud. for some reason it makes it seem more real to me.

anyways.
