Being away for a while I am catching up on many posts and feel I have to share my idea about:
'having faith'
'believe it'

It might appear to newcomers were putting up some kind of religious group here.

But that's 'just a fase' - that's how as I see it.

Mister Wattles tells us bout a principle not yet discovered by science. Therefore not 'proven'. And as long as it is not oficially proven - you can do nothing else but BELIEVE it. Can you?

Like in the middle ages. In those days there must have been some people stating:
there are little bugs the eye can't see that make you sick. Wash your hands, cook your food and boil your water and you won't get sick. Follow these instructions and you will have success.

And many would call them crazy. What little bugs if you can't see them???

You could try it. And the proof was in eating the pudding. And you became a believer.
No, you yourself would be a 'know-for sure', but others would call it believing.
Not untill the micrsocope was invented that made bacteria vissible.

Now there is the (not yet officially proven) science of getting rich.
It is about a force not yet discovered. Mr. Wattles calls it Thinking Substance.
Stuff thoughts are made of. Must be a kind of energy I guess.

And he understands this force and gave instructions to deal with it in a positive way. Like a mountainclimbing instructor will give you tips on how to deal with gravity in order not to fall.
One doesn't have to believe in gravity in order for those tips to work - does one?!

But there is an extra aspect. Having Faith is one of the instructions. That might make it a bit confusing.

It's just that Having Faith is the trick for letting this unknown energy flow.
You can experience it when you put faith in another person or someone else puts faith in you. You can notice that it makes the other person feeling more positive energy inside when faith is given.

If you just ACCEPT the idea there IS this energy that thoughts are made of. (Whether you want to believe it or not that's not an issue really.) And than follow instructions, man it is very easy to 'go with the flow'.

(Like para-gliding instead of falling of the cliff! - comparing it to the energy of gravity.)

So. These are my ideas on the matter. Now I still have to follow the instructions in the right way, because I haven't had the results yet that I would like.

I never was much of an athlete - I need more practice than the average person

As soon as YOU experience first positive results (money, new car, new home etc) based on SOGR principles I'll start to follow your advice-recommendations.

I have followed these principles and have had success! I think you are pretty right on in your sumiarization.

I will close on my house tommorrow, and if you've been reading the posts,this is pure SOGR, in normal process we are still a couple of years down the road to this.

So, Muadib, I suggesst you re-read Anne's post and follow Mr. Wattles advice!

Two years ago I had lost my job, was in debt and could see no solution for my problems. I started following SOGR and now I have reunited with my ex husband, I have my own business, we bought a house and have just purchased a second revenue property. Our net worth is in excess of $1 million and life is wonderful. All this has come from nothing just two short years ago. Do you really need proof?

Oh yes, the Science of Getting Rich seriously does work. There is no doubt about that in my mind whatsoever.

I wanted a new computer to do school work and business work on. Although it was not quite the exact computer I wanted, it was better than the one I had, and I have advanced. I still have my faith and utmost belief that I will get the one I desire to have. When it comes to me I shall receive it, no doubt.

Thoughts do have energy within and all of your thoughts and desires maybe achieved most definitely as long as you keep believing and follow the Supreme Mind's natural laws. As Albert Einstein said, "All is relative." He is very correct.

You are missing my point. I did not simply 'get another job' and become debt free. Opportunities came flying at me at a breathless rate, and my perception of money changed. I also changed my attitude of 'hoping' for more money to absolutely 'knowing' that I would have more than enough. As I mentioned in my last post, my net worth has gone from a great big zero to in excess of $1 million in a short time.

The greatest thing that has happened to me though, is that I have gained absolute peace of mind, and that is a wondrous thing.

All this would not have been possible without SOGR. My heartfelt thanks to Rebecca and Mr Wattles. Please lose your scepticism, Muadib. It will get you nowhere, fast!

Well what do you know. I had a very positive result today.

I was struggling these last two weeks on starting a campaign for my business. But I really didn't like to do the work. Writing a salesletter, gathering adresses and contacts. Phoning those people.

So yesterday I said to myself: this is not what I want. D***it I am on the internet, people can FIND me. I have done enough.

And, voilà, today two new clients contacted me and I closed a sale. (To give you perspective: I only need 4 to 5 clients a month.)

Now THAT is thinking stuff at work.

If you see nothing special about it then that is what you will get, nothing special. However, if you see that thought control all that you desire and shall have, no matter what it may be as long as it follow the principles discussed in the SOGR, you will have all you desire and more. There is no doubt about that.

I happened to have figured this out on my own early in life, but lost my way, but the SOGR brought me back at a time when I needed it and was searching. I got a new computer from a neighbor, my business is starting up, more and mroe positive things are happening all the time to me. You must believe, for if you do not, you cannot accomplish whatever it is you wish to do, you want to have.

I'm glad you shared, Muadib, as it reminds me that one of my greatest challenges is replacing the faith I've had in all my "up til nows", with faith, focus, & acceptance of a new direction. Have returned to wholeheartedly do the lifelabs this week, & am starting to really get it that I have been, & am choosing my life. Alot of thinking & focuses to be "flipswitched" ~ & thankfully, through SOGR I am getting practical help to do just that.

Poor Muadib. S/He should not be fussed at, but given compassion.

I know that for me, the opportunities that have been coming my way since I started studying SOGR have been exciting, breath-taking, and even scary! But at the same time, there has been support along with the opportunities--support that I would describe as cosmic.

Congratulations Rosie on your success, posts such yours keeps new ones such as myself motivated. Would you mind elaborating on what you did besides have gratitude for everything and expectation ie, did you visualise your goals everyday? I am not quite sure if I am visualising enough, I have the goal in my mind, can feel myself in it however do not have a routine of visualising morning and night.

I think that the way I have achieved my success is not specifically by having a vision.....I have never really 'seen' in my mind a picture. Rather it has been a feeling of what I want, an idea, and the fact that I absolutely, without a doubt, know in my mind that the thing is going to happen, that I will get what I desire.

And this is ongoing, it never ends. There is always something more, and it is very exciting to anticipate the manifestation of my desire, not knowing where it will come from.

Something that I have to watch, is to be very specific about what I want. Once, I decided that $3million would be nice to have. Well, I received my $3million, but in three one million dollar bills, the type that are for fun, not legal tender. That was a lightbulb moment for me. Hope this helps.

It has been very uplifting and I find my self in a much better place emotionally than I have been in days.I had let myself get into a bad habit of over work(trying to force things I guess) then 3 people I really love had tragic things happen in their lives.Ithink I simpley FORGOT to be grateful!! I remember the the first time i have seen the movie "Star Wars".
In that day I have loved this idea about "THE FORCE", I realise that it was not fiction at all.

This FORCE is realy in us, and arroud us.
