Hello everyone out there. I'm very excited to hear your success story's and to write my own. Big Grin I was wondering if anyone out there can share with me the formulas from the book. Example a daily check list or something like that.
Thanks

Welcome Krazy K. The best suggestion I have for this is to check out the Practical Geniuses course. Between that and visiting / contributing to the forums you have a formula which will take you to your heart's desires!

Krazy K:

Reread Chapter 7 & 17 everyday. Chptr 7 will keep you in gratitude & 17 will give you a summary of living/acting in the 'certain way'!

Practice is the key. Practice everyday & it will become clearer to you!

Welcome Krazy K
I agreed with Dave M.'s post that between the Practical Geniuses course and these forums you have the best way to take you to your heart's desires.
Commit yourself to the study on a daily basis.
Apply what you learn each day. Do the exercises as quickly as you can WITHOUT RUSHING yourself. Maintain a steady pace -- consistent and persistent in your focus. Result: Your heart's desires!

SmileHello Krazy K,
I am new to the forums and old to the SOGR, which I have used as a bible for the last 3 years. What has helped me is to use gratitude every day, as an exercise, morning and evenings, when I first wake up and the last thing I think of before I sleep. I think of at least 3 things I can really FEEL grateful about. I try to use the situations in my life to feel grateful. Sometimes I do not understand why something occurs as it does, and would like to label/judge it as negative, or bad for me: like the time I was driving on the Autobahn to a city for my final exam to become a yoga teacher, and found myself in a traffic jam 40 km. long!! I was initially freaked. Then I began to worry that I would not be allowed to take my exam due to my tardiness, etc...Then I decided that I would be grateful. I said, ok, I do not know what this is good for, but I decide to be grateful for it. Suddenly, as I made this decision, I relaxed and enjoyed myself, studied a little more, watched all the other folks in this big so-called parking lot. 5 hours later, I arrived relaxed and at ease. I passed my exam in a easy fashion. Now, imagine if I had trashed those hours with worry, and fear? Use every situation, even if it seems bad for you, as a chance to align yourself with gratefulness. When you feel grateful, then you know you ARE rich. You see? I hope this helps.
Love, Mary Joy

Welcome Krazy K!
Glad to see you active on the forum. Here we can find amazing insight from even more amazing people, including YOU!!!

If it's a 'check list' your looking for, we certainly have one for you. A simple suggestion first, keep it simple. As Mrs. Rebecca gave us this (Hint: This science is all about JOY!)

I hope this is as useful to you as it is to many of us here! And thanks to Hernan (Topic Starter), we can find his checklist under "Discuss the Book Here", look for the Topic titled:
Checklist for to think and to act of a certain way.

Greeting everyone, I'm new to the SOGR and loving everthing I"m reading. I have a saying that I say all day long and the first thing in the morning. "Everyday is a gift, and I choose to open each gift with joy and gratitude." So everyone take this live well.
