hi jomilig

Traditional goal setting didn't do it for me. Instead, following Rebecca's PG course, I followed my dreams and set up targets to hit on a daily and weekly basis,so that it sets me up to accumulate smaller actions that feel good and build up momentum. Works for me! Big Grin

Hi There:
I remember in the movie the Secret, someone said, start small, manifest a cup of coffee today or something like that. I think it is good advice.

My mind tricks me sometimes. I go for something big and it does not come right away so I stop trying.

I am learning to be playful with this. Create something small and fun now. This practice will help you/me build the "muscles" and give us the confidence needed to meet our overall goals.

best wishes
Chris
