I'm planning some renovations for my home and was starting to get excited because I could finally see my way clear to actually creating a CMI ... but ... I know that the renovations are going to happen because I'm booking them with a builder so what I really want is the cash to pay for them instead of using the bank loan I have set up for the purpose. So what is my CMI, the cash or the renovations? It seems to me that it is the cash but somehow that seems harder (in my mind, not in reality) to visualise. Has anyone's CMI been purely about cash? And if so, I'd love to hear your experience. Thanks, Mozz

Think of what excites you most. Money is but one channel which the thing you want comes to you. It's just that we have not seen all the possiblities that it can come to us without the money. For sure, we have to make sure we give more use value than cash value we receive.

My experience is just play with all of it until you find some combination in your mind that feels just right!
