I just can say this book is very useful and good. There is a lot of thing in it to learn. Bu I like to know how the CD's or Tapes can help. Does it any recordder video about book in web?

It is the book on CD or Tape.

For me I enjoy reading and resonate better with the book, but do enjoy the CD when I am driving to and from work. Mine is almost worn out, I'll have to order another.

Other people find that they learn more by listening than reading! Rebecca has given something to everyone! The manner in which she reads outloud is very reasuring!

I would advise getting the CD or Tape, enjoy it and then sign up for the Practical Genious Course! You set your own tution - that will really change your thinking and your life!!!

learn by all or any methods you find the easiest and most effective. Is it by listening,by writing things down, by visualizing the thoughts, by "acting out". The most interesting thing about this learning process is if you combine many different learning methods, you really get more out of your study of SOGR. Yes, and may I add, participating in the forum is another form of learning too!
