Wow what a load of great entries on here! My computer has just come back from being repaired as it had some problmes so I've been without my computer and my daily SOGR fix for five days!!
I had expected to get my commputer back after only a day so when it got to Tuesday and it still wasn't ready I was starting to get a little frustrated and complained to my partner about it. As I was complaining I had this other really loud voice going on in my head "You shouldn't be doing this! Your focusing on lack!" I decided to just enjoy my time without the computer and have spent the week cooking, at a friends house and just hanging out in the sun on my back patio reading a great book!
I was honestly a little worried at the thought of going without my SOGR fix at first but I've seen that I can remain strong and focused on my own and this has been proved by many little things also during the week.

My computer now works great, has more ram and a DVD burner installed on it, and the repair guy did the whole lot really cheap for us as well! I've been wanting editing software for awhile now, but didn't have the cash, my friend has given me a program for nothing and together we just had our first short film!

So many other little things have happened as well so I won't list them al. I have been having to remind myself at times about smiling at people passing me, sometimes I get lost in thoughts and zone out. I remembered as I walked past a lady pushing a trolly in the carpark today who looked a little grim. I just gave her a little smile and she looked really suprised for a second before smiling back!

I think sometinmes I get a little shy and awkward at smiling at strangers and wait for them to do it first so this is being a fun challange for me to do it first!

Being so conscious of giving others the impression of increase has made me really aware of what other people say when it comes to wealth and the world.
I was with my Mother at a garage sale a few months back and we got talking to a guy selling plants. He told us how despite having a physical disability he had built up his plant business from home and was now bringing in about fifty bucks a week. He was quite proud as he was telling us this, but than my Mother replied back with "$50 a week doesn't go very far these days anymore". It was just an offhand remark from my Mum, didn't really mean anything, but I could see the change come over is this man straightaway as the impression was put out that money is scare. Shows how powerful one tiny little remark can be. Its the same whenever there is talk of an interest rate or a petrol rise. "There going up, you'll have to check out your morgage and try and fix it, its going to cost you about this much more over the financial year" and so on! I think it stresses my parents out that I don't panic with everyone else about having bigger bills. I'm at the point where it really doesn't bother me. I know I've always have the money to pay them no matter how much they rise.

Its those beliefs about money you grow up with I think. When I first did that lifelab I couldn't think of that many beliefs I had inherited from my family about money. As my mindset had changed I'm now noticing all the old beliefs I could have once had. My sister and I were talking this over awhile back and both said we grew up thinking our family was poor when in reality there were times when that was far from the truth. That was just the impression we were given.

But I'm grateful for that because its helped me to see the best way to life and thinking and how powerful the impression of increase or decrease can be!
