I just had to share my sucesss story with all of you!!! My life is so amazing right now..I don't know where to begin and it's all thanks to the SOGR! For the last two years I have been "trying" to get into my dream job/industry. I say "trying" because the entire time I thought I was making progress, but I was only trying to force something to happen in spite of my fear--never really beleiving that it could happen for me. On January 3rd, I committed myself like never before to the SOGR. Doors started to open for me and I walked through every siingle one with faith and a clear vision. And exactely two months later on March,3 2006--I accepted my dream job! This job could NOT be more perfect for me! It's everything I have ever wanted and more! And the best part? It pays so much more than my current job!! Abundance is flowing into my life in so many other ways as well...if I explained it all- this post would be way too long! All I can say to everyone is--your belief/faith is stronger than anything you can ever imagine.
I am living proof!

Another great example of how SOGR works! Thank you for your contribution. They tend to come exactly when we need that extra inspiration! I would also like to know how you rededicated yourself to the study and practice of SOGR. You may give some of us a suggestion that we haven't tried yet. If it's not too much to ask, I would love to have yet another helpful hint!

What an I must learn from you, putting faith in the SOGR.

I must do it like what you have done!

I would love to elaborate how I "committed myself like never before to SOGR" because i think it was the missing piece of the puzzle in my life. First of all, I drew incredible inspiration from the posting of one of our fellow members called "The Secrets of the Universe" If you have not read it, please take the time...it is a great supplement to SOGR. In Secret # 8 it says "Two percent of your waking-non-working life is ten minutes a day. Ten minutes a day of concentrated thought will change your life completely..." SO I decided to take that thought a step further and commit 10-15 minutes a day to being grateful and studying SOGR. Every day, I would take time and write down everything I was grateful for, at least 20 things and I would read one chapter of the SOGR. Now this doesn't mean that I would forget about the principles for the rest of the day..because the SOGR warns against doing that. I would just make sure that everyday all of my actions and thoughts came from the positive spirit of gratitude, joy and faith. Now that doesn't mean I didn't have bad days...I certainly did. BUt when those days happen, forgive yourself and also congratulate yourself because now you KNOW when your actions/thoughts fall short AND you know how to correct them. So as you can see, I didn't do anything out of the ordinary or outside of what SOGR recommends. THe key is finding a way to personalize the book, give it meaning in your life and learn how to combine thinking and action in a way that works for you.
