If you have failed it is only because you have quit.

Pwalas

What makes you say
quote:
I have failed to be rich
?

What does rich mean to you? Rich has many meanings and depending on your pespective you may infact, if you look closely, find that you are in fact very rich. Smile

It really is a matter of perspective.

Pwalas - I too have failed to be rich up til now! I am brand new on the site so really do not have much to recommend to you except what the other SOGR lovely readers have said to me - remember "Up til now!" I will keep you posted on my progress as I hope you will too. It does seem hard to stay positive especially when the bills keep mounting up and no one is buying your product or service but that was up til now!! And as Rebecca says "EXPECT SUCCESS"

Right on Rasheed.

Read the book and practise, practise, practise. And at some point, when you feel you're ready, do the online course.

Wow Pwalas, no such thing as failure just you have found out how doing things in different ways did not get you rich, but now you are doing things a certain way and just as 1+1=2 it is definite that if you follow this Certain way you will get rich.

Also I like the message abt rich being a matter of perspective, it might even be that you are already rich. start by being Grateful for everything that you have and that happens to you, bills included. I know you might question the BILLS?? How can you possibly be grateful for bills, hey you presumably have a home that generates those gas bills, electric, food, repair bills, be grateful for your home/shelter then you will begin to appreciate having the bills generated as a result of having a home. jo

Hi Pwalas,

"If you can conceive it, and believe it, you can achieve it". Napoleon Hill

Let me ask you a question on a scale from 1 to 10 1. being very little belief & 10. Being absolute belief, where do you stand?

You might want to work on improving your rating. Re-read the book. Have gratitude for what hasn't shown up on the phsyicl plane but is certainly here for you.

Feel the support & positive energy from this group-use it to your advantage.

You are already RICH

Cheers & Keep the faith.

First step: Get your mind off past "failures" and start thinking and talking about what you want now. (BTW, there are no failures, only experiences that have led you to here, now.)

Love & blessings, and, of course--
EXPECT Success!

Hi Pwalas,

Well, the most common way to be truly rich is either by being an investor or owning your own business.

I know how you feel, I mean I also want to be rich but currently have failed to be rich too. In the past 3 years I have failed a couple of business, and the one I am currently in is looking rather grim.

You probably know the probability of success in developing a business, 80% of new businesses fail, and only 10% of the surviving 20 manage to survive more than 10 years. Now, this is the statistics I used to believe (the paretto law), but after stumbling to this society I can see that by believing the statistics, I am actually ensuring my doom.

Now I choose to believe that only 10% of those succesful business does the correct way while the others unconciously do it the wrong way.
Perhaps I wasn't grateful enough, or I didn't have a clear mental image why I wanted to be rich in the first place, or I just didn't have enough patience to let all the things that are working to take form before deciding that it was a failure. Perhaps I just did the same mistake over and over again without me knowing it.

SOGR, is a new thing for me, and if the old ones have failed me, perhaps this will be the way for me to be rich.

I don't know if this will help you, I just feel that I can relate to you in some way.

And also I totally agree with Mister Weirdo, you fail when you quit. Everyone dies eventually that is certain, but not everyone ever truly lives. Quitting is like not living.

Cheers.

pwalas,
Thomas Edison said, "I have not failed, I have just found 10,000 ways that do not work."

It's all in your choice of perspectives. Immediately change your "I have failed" to "I am so grateful because I get to experiment again!" Notice how you feel inside when you do. What will your chose?

Here's a better way to ask the same question I did before about "talking".

Do we have to "talk about it" in order to get what we want?
thanks

As a new member of this community, I can relate to wanting to be rich. I've always been positive and have searched for the silver lining but until now, have never actively looked for and vocalized gratitude.

I've read all the books and have found that the old ones have more truth as they focus on creating, not competing. Up to now, I've spent my time competing and making excuses. SOGR has provided a new perspecitive, one which I am embracing completely.

There is much to be grateful for (far too much to list) and I am already rich in spirit. This year I expect to add riches to the checkbook.

From this point forward, I will be wishing more life and prosperity to all, and less to none!

No, and it´s often better NOT to talk about it too much. My point is just not to talk about what you DON´T want because when you are doing that you´re definitely giving your focus, faith, and feeling -- your attention -- to it.

Love & blessings, and, of course--
EXPECT Success!

Hi Pwalas,
Is it possible that you have been 'doing', performing the SOGR 'techniques' without you yourself changing on the inside into that rich man that you want to become on the outside? Consentrate your thoughts on the kind of rich man you want to be and enjoy the vision, live in it whenever you can, and those thoughts will surely manifest.
Do not worry about the time it takes;at the right time it will all come together, and your joy won't be any less for it. Just "lie back" and enjoy the vision, the CMI,until you are so used to it, it is so real, you can feel it,you can taste it,you believe it; Then, literally before you know it,your vision, your CMI will be upon you in the material world! But you will have long been enjoying the riches in your mind!!

It's really amazing; I know that is what all great teachers have taught. Jesus said,"Believe that you have received it, and it shall be done for you." (?Mark 11:24) Note the past tense of "received" and that "shall" is in future tense!
Joy to you, and to us all. Iam so glad I could share this with you!
God bless you.

My comment is that I tell myself (and my husband who is also on the course) that I am on my way to being rich. Then I reread my visions and ask what can I do now to make progress in making them reality. I always get inspired to do something positive and get off the negativity.

Keep at really doing the course! You'll LOVE the result.
