I have a question? With out dwelling on the bills and debt, what do you do when you are really out of money. I have gone over my vivid vision everyday and I mediate on incantations, but I am out of mney, so PRACTICALLY...what do I do and how do I have efficient action? How do I prevent Fear from taking over. I am picturing my bills being paid. I need someone to get really practical with me.

Hi Harmonsteele,

Relax. Go sit comfortably and take a deep breath and exhale in a relaxed manner. (I'm not kidding!)

This is someting that has happened to a lot of us and I'm sure you will get great advice from others. Smile

I'll put in my 2 cents here.

First of all, what do you have to offer to people that could be of value to them? The best is something you enjoy giving.

Offer that to people and you will get paid. Smile

Remember also that when you are visualizing a wanted outcome, the feeling accompanying it should be JOY or HAPPINESS or anything like it! Big Grin

Feeling any negative emotions when imagining the things you desire, means you are going in the opposite direction.

Secondly, what you could do would be to call the people you owe money and ask them to arrange for payment on a later date or in instalments, I'm not sure what is normal where you live.

Be calm, relax, things can get better and better! Big Grin

Hi Lucky,

I am so grateful for you..I love coaching and helping people. I am going to give you a typical email I get when marketing on the internet my services.

My prospect writes "I do have a local Bank account which is completely dried out. I would like to earn sufficient dollars (US$2,500) mthly to become debt-free and have a sizable savings to take a vacation with my kids and be able to buy the necessities in life without struggling from day to day. I would also like to go back to school to get my Bachelor's degree. I am a single parent with an 18 yr old in college, 11 and 9 yr old in primary or grade school. The 11 year old lives with his father but comes on the weekend so I'm still financially responsible for him as well. So what can we do together to change all this and achieve my goals?"

Everyone loves my care, energy, and advice...but this gives yu an example of what kind of prospect I get.

Thanks,

Kurt

Hi Kurt,

Are you grateful you get these prospects?

It seems you are resisting 'this type' of prospects. What do you think you will get when you put a negative focus on that? More of the same, that's right.

I used to do the same with my clients, by the way, so I understand where you're coming from Wink

Not very productive though, at least not in the way you would wish.

Dealing with the type of prospect you would like seems like a great topic for a CMI to me! Big Grin

In the mean time, I'm sure there is something wonderful to be found in working with the prospects you are now getting. I'm sure!

Start acting in the Certain Way in your current situation, look for the JOY in that and keep on building and enjoying your CMI. Wattles has written some excellent advice on that!

Have FUN! Big Grin

Perhaps focusing on what you want vs. what you don't have is a start.

Also find a better feeling place. Right now in focusing on what you don't have you are continuing to attract it into your life. That which you give your attention to you attract more of. The most important thing to do is find a better feeling place in which to create. Take a step back from the lack and start finding small bits to be grateful for.

I know it probably seems like a huge challenge to get your attention off of the fact that in this moment you have no money...but like I said, your focused attention on this fact and the feelings of despair it is bringing you is only going to continue the cycle. So if that isn't enough to find a better feeling place I don't know what is.

Stop and take a step back, right now you don't have an answer and an inspired action certainly isn't going to show up if you continue to think in this manner. Put the brakes on this thinking and find something, anything in this moment that will lift your mood. You could:
#1- Listen to some music that will elevate your mood
#2- Call a friend who always lifts your spirits
#3- List ten things that you are grateful for...something, anything
#4- Take a walk and sit quietly in nature. This always helps me

The truth is that right now there is no answer and giving some elbow room to the universe to present the answers to you and retuning your frequency to hear it by finding a better feeling place is a great place to start.

I have been in your situation more times than I would like to count. I have been down to a dollar to my name. I have cashed change in at the bank so I can eat. I have done it all! Never has an answer been presented to me when I hung out with my own despair. The answer is always there when I let the universe do its job.

It is about allowing not figuring it out!

Hang in, you will be ok!
Warmly,
Bridgette

Best to you,
Bridgette

Hi Kurt,

There is never a rush and people here are happy to help you!

I am not sure what you are asking me exactly. Are you asking me the steps I take to find a place that feels better? Please clarify and I will be happy to answer!

Warmly,
Bridgette

Kurt, what I began doing several months ago that produced immediate results was I simply asked for the blessings of life and said to
God, "Hey you have my permission to surprise me with your unlimited abundance." Then, of course just felt gratitude. I credit that one to leading me to this website!

Also, I recommend a book I found somewhere on this website, go to The Update Page and scroll down to the cartoon of a man in a hammock. I think that helps get creative juices flowing - more of a proactive rather than reactive way of being in your space.

Kurt, the MOST practical thing you can "do" is to begin to shift your THINKING. Action taken from fear- and lack-based motivation won't produce what you want.

This idea of a "vision" is most often misunderstood. See, it's not just when you sit down and think about what you want that you are impressing a "vision" on the formless. It's in every moment -- WHATEVER you are giving your focus, faith, and feeling to, well, that's what you'll get more of. Taking specific time to enjoy thinking, visualizing, imagining -- that's wonderful. But the other 15-1/2 hours you're awake matter!

Now, with all that said, if it helps you to FEEL BETTER to take some kind of action toward having more money right away, then go ahead and do it. First, though, try to shift your thoughts as you do so -- just a little, find something good about it all to think about.

There's more, of course, but this is a good place to start.

And lastly, what do you mean about these daily "incantations?" Where did you get that idea? There's certainly NOTHING about using incantations in The Science of Getting Rich or the Practical GeniusesTM course.

Love & blessings, and, of course--
EXPECT Success!

I hae a situation right now, this week...I am on a trip for business. I have run out of resources, credit card and funds to even get home. I have been going though the course and applying the principles. I need to have the solution come to me. I have bills waiting for me and all I see is lack then I move my thoughts away from that, take breaths...but practically what do I do...I have to be honest I am afraid...

The first thing you need to know is that from fear and need nothing is going to be created to help this. Also, nobody has ever been a great thinker under extreme duress so if it helps to know that you aren't helping the situation any by doing this that may help.

Live in the solution not the problem, there is an answer and it will show up if you believe it will.

Your visualizations seem to be focusing on the lack of what you don't have which is why it probably isn't working. You are only reinforcing what you don't have and you know what happens when you do that.

It seems you have an immediate situation on your hands that needs to be solved as long as a long term one.

Perhaps an action you can take for the most pressing issue is to sit down and write down all the immediate solutions you can come up with to take care of the problem you are dealing with in a stream of consciousness sort of way. Relax into it and let your mind flow with ideas, nothing is too stupid or silly to write down just let 'em flow. And the silly ones you write down may make you laugh a bit and elevate your mood and fear. Also doing this may allow for some ideas that you never considered to flow but while you are writing them down keep thinking that this will be solved and trust that it will.

Best to you,
Bridgette

Hi Kurt,

Hope everything is excellent for you this day.

You have all the answers you need in front of you if you are willing to trust in them.

Rebecca said, "the MOST practical thing you can "do" is to begin to shift your THINKING. Action taken from fear- and lack-based motivation won't produce what you want."

Shifting your thinking is key. It's been the change for me. It doesn't change over night but gradually you begin to experience life enhancing changes.

She also mentions the idea of vision being an every moment experience. I agree. Most people try to contemplate the perfect life but what are you doing in every moment of your life?

I am learning that every moment is a holy moment, that every encounter is a holy encounter and that every experience is a holy experience. (The word holy can be changed to loving or peaceful or what ever works.)

We must learn to be vigilant of our thoughts in every second. Do you dwell in doubts and express that to others. Do you gossip about others in any way. Do you dwell on something that you thought wasn't right and become angry or frustated.

The list goes on and on about how we let our minds dwell in the wrongs of the world or the injustices of our own persnal lives.

When I forget to think in the right way I immediately begin to listen to music, read a good passage from sogr or other books, but I find a way to help me shift my thinking back.

How many opportunities have we had each day to gladden ourselves and how many have we given up?

Here's a a little story, yesterday at the grocery store I had a great experience. I live in Palm Springs, CA and it was about 110 degrees
Very Hot!

I got the parking spot at the very front of the store (that wasn't by luck). As I got out of the car I noticed this man toward the back of the parking lot was having trouble getting this bag out of his cart. It was stuck.

I walked over and asked him if he needed some help. He said yes. I began to help and noticed that it was bags and bags of loose coins that he had collected and had gone to the market to exchange it for bills but the machine was broken.

The bags had gotten stuck between the metal slats and was ripping and change was falling all over the place. I spent 15 minutes helping him to pick up the coins which were very hot from the heat.

When we were all done he introduced himself and asked what I did for a living and I told him that I run a non profit childrens theatre company.

He was very grateful for my help and surprised because there were many other people but nobody else offered to helped.

In the end, he thanked me with a huge smile, asked for my card and offered to donate whatever amount he had in the coins once he got them exchanged.

I thanked him for his generous offered and then went back to my shopping. I walked away feeling grateful because I had experienced a holy moment. A moment of helping another person and his smile said it all. It was full of life and gratitude.

This is what happens when we live in a certain way and we are rewarded in so many ways.

I experienced love in action and if we can live by this we can have so much. No room for that stinking thinking stuff to get in there.

My two wacky cents,

Richard

Kurt - something I tried tonight might help.
Sometimes when we are under extreme pressure, our minds lock up and we can't think straight (because our CMI is stuffed up basically Wink)

I can get writers block at work and about writing about my life and stuff.

Practical tip: Put your CMI to work about writing. Sit in a chair, lie on the floor, get on your knees - whatever works - and say while picturing in your head - "I see myself writing lots of great ideas about SUBJECT X and I feel great whilst doing it" .. then IMAGINE the feelings of relief about writing and the joy you get from having solutions just flow out of your pen / pencil / crayon / gold sparkling ink pen <whatever>.

This worked for me tonight and I am grateful that the idea to do this just POPPED IN MY HEAD.

BIG TIP: The practical genius course - is the fuel for shifting my thinking on a daily basis.

You will get through this, see yourself getting through it, imagine how much stronger you are becoming.

Bless you Kurt.
David

Kurt - to clarify - what I suggested relates to this post about your listing solutions... vision in your head the solutions... even ones you havn't thought of will be attracted to you .. people, things ..whatever .. trust the universal laws ... hold the CMI with good feelings <very important> as if you are experiencing the solutions and the relief of more money, resources NOW.

In doing, we learn.

Fill us all in on your progress.
Aussie Dave.

Kurt,

When writing the list of possibilities listen for an inspired action, while writing these down one of them that you put pen to paper may be the inspired action to take or will open the doors that will lead you to the right solution.

The list was to allow your thoughts to flow with hopes that a solution or inspired action will present itself.

Best to you,
Bridgette

Well...I am taking time to refine my CMI and think about it and then follow-up with a session of writing down whatever comes into my mind as a solution. I want to lose fear and step into efficient action. I want to express all of my gratitude for all of you and your advice and thoughts...this is new teritory for me!

Harmonsteele,

Want without needing.

Enjoy it without holding it. Lest you chase it away.

Okay, I know sounds like a fortune cookie. But you have no money. So obviously you don't need money. Cuz, you're still existing, surfing the internet no less, spending time where rich people post on forums talking about what you want. So you don't really neeeed money, do you?

Play along here.

You want money. Because you enjoy stuff and experiences and time and rolling around on the floor in it. You enjoy paying your bills and tipping huge at restaurants. I got ya.

Fine, but you don't really need it. Sure other people need it. Other people tell you you should need it. But you don't need it.

But you my friend want it with expectant, relaxed joy. Specific amounts as a matter of fact.

But first admit it to yourself, to me and the rest of the forum that you, Harmonsteele, you don't need it and you never did.

But you do need underpants. For heaven's sake.
