How do you hold a CMI and live in the present moment? Your CMI is a vision of something you have faith you will achieve...so how do you remain in the here and now and not think about the future?

One thing that I can suggest is to live as if your CMI has already come to you. Live it in the now not waiting for it to come in the future.
All the best, Dawn |

You have to feel what your CMI feels like in your everyday life. You believe and know that you allready have it. And most importantly, be as happy now as you will be when you recieve it!
It really is that simple! Shannon Live as if you have faith and faith will be given to you. |

A CMI is a map or handbook. It is like driving to a destination. From New York to L.A or Melbourne to the Gold Coast. Like doing a medical degree for four years. Somedays you feel like it will never end or you will never get there, but you keep on moving keep on driving doing all the little things. Staying focused on the future but remaining present to what needs to be done now.

Hi Canadian,
I try to see the truth in the here and now, acknowledging my part in getting me here - to this point, and choosing to see the possibilities within each moment, to get me ever closer to my CMI. Wishing you all the best |

I think that having gratitude makes the difference. You always should be grateful for all of the good things in your life and enthusiastic/grateful that every day you are creating your CMI.
Hope that helps... |

Hi Canada,
I have had a morning filled with reminders to not only live in the here and now, but to accept that it is perfect just as it is, and know that I can work with what I have here and now to create miracles in my life. Then I log onto the forum and the first thread is ...
For me it's all the things mentioned so far and practice, practice, practice. Judi |

Thank you for your wisdom everyone. I really have had so many moments of clarity. Realizing that the things I have created in my life have been of my creation. It's quite humbling and yet exhilerating. Your thoughts and support are appreciated beyond words. Thank youfor helping me know how to live right now!
